I'm Taylor (she/her). I'm a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW), Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and owner of The Oaks.

Our team of skilled therapists are passionate about helping you to get in touch with your innate compassion, curiosity and clarity, in order to feel more aligned, present and in touch with your authentic Self.
